WHEN WILL PURCHASED CODES BE DELIVERED?

Unfortunately, I do not have a fully automated instant delivery system in place.

Codes will be delivered via email within 1 hour after purchase, during my hours of operation.  90% of the time, I deliver within 10 minutes.

 

Hours of operation: 10:00 AM PST time - 10:30 PM PST time

 

Please be patient if you placed an order during this time frame. We all need our family time and rest.

If you have not received your code after 1 hour, please follow the steps below.

Check your Spam/Junk folder.  

If you still can't find your code after checking your Spam/Junk folder,  feel free to contact me via the live chat.

I WILL NOT issue refunds if you end up already owning a title you have purchased.

It is your responsibility as a buyer to check that.

Please double check the description of the movie before making a purchase.  It will provide you important info regarding movie quality, provider etc. 

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if it turns out to be my mistake.

WHAT DOES MOVIES ANYWHERE STAND FOR?

This movie needs to be redeemed at Movies Anywhere.

Movies Anywhere  format ports over to services like Vudu, iTunes, etc.

WHAT DOES GOOGLE PLAY  STAND FOR?

This movie needs to be redeemed at the Google Play Store.

Google Play format MOVIES will port over to services like Vudu, iTunes, etc.

TV shows WILL NOT port and will only play within the format you purchased. 

WHAT VIDEO QUALITY ARE YOUR MOVIES?

Everything is HD unless specifically labeled 4K or SD.
